Operation:

1.Make clean of wound point, and make mark;

2. Sanding the wounded point, and the sanding area is little bigger than the broken point;

3. Put the glue onto the broken point evenly;

4. Make a rubber sheet which fit for the broken point, and put it on the point. If the broken point is big, put more one rubbersheet on it;

5. Make the heater onto the sheet, and adjust the screw rod to press the sheet tightly, and stable the tyre;

6.Turn on the button and to heat the sheet, when the broken area is vulcanized well, to turn off the switch. Loose the screwrod and take off the tyre.

Note: as to how much vulcanizing time, it depends the vulcanizing area and thickness of rubber sheet.
