Function
The function of tire valves is to inflate and deflate the tire.
It can help maintain the seal of tire after it’s inflated.
It usually consists of core and cap.
Material
- Natural Rubber+Zinc stem+Zinc valve core;
- Natural Rubber+brass stem+brass valve core;
- EPDM(Pure Natural Rubber)+ brass stem+brass valve core.

Installation method
1.Remove valve core, deflatio
2.Separate tire toe port and Unloaded from its rims
3.Remove tire valves
4.Clean the hole on the rim, remove rust and dirt
5.Install the new valve on the inner part of rims
6.Install tire correctly and inflate it up to the rated pressure
7.Screw on the new cap
Points to note
1 Different models of tire valves are suitable for different types of tires and vehicles, the valve can not be replaced when using.
2 Caution when using the tire valves, use a pressure gauge to detect; dissipate heat before inflating; keep clean to avoid impurities entering into the tire to influence the tire air pressure; using soapy water to detect leaks.
3 The tire valve has rubber material, it may age and have cracks after time, the general useful life is 3–4 years, similar to the tire, so we need to change the tire valves together with the tires.
4 Store in a dry ventilated and protected from heat exposure, anti-corrosion, no oil warehouse.
Certificate
The valve has a test report, CE report and quality certificate before leaving the factory.
Test the sealing performance of the mouth body and valve core; the combination of rubber and metal; ozone resistance test; explosion test, etc.
Price
1.The piece of brass is higher than zinc alloy, zinc alloy has low melting point, easy to cut, the cost is lower and is recyclable.
2.EPDM is more expensive than natural rubber, EPDM has no impurities, the production cost is relatively high.
